In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money to original source, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation (Video Recording of Parcel opening required). In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders in the stage of processing and request a refund from us, Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Order Status – Processing: Refund is Eligible with a Deduction of 4.5% charges. Full Refund eligible if taking refund in CI Wallet.
Order Status – Shipped but not picked up from our warehouse: Refund is Eligible with a Deduction of 4.5% charges. ( For this you may check tracking ID )
Order Status – Shipped: Shipping charges will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
